Audit Services - Statutory and Specials

For most limited companies, we conduct statutory audits of their accounts in compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other relevant legislations. However, to serve our clients' unique requirements, we do perform special audits for occasions like:-

	annual accounts of trade unions, owners' associations and unincorporated bodies to increase credibility of their accounts
	investigations into irregularities
	merger and acquisition
	litigation support

Upon request of our clients, we can also prepare special reports for specific purposes like valuation of companies and operational assessments.

During the performance of such audits, we give advice to our clients on a full range of accounting and auditing matters. We also make recommendations on the weaknesses and strength of their companies' internal control system. And to further assist our clients in the management and operation of their companies, we will advise the company directors and its management team of their statutory obligations and responsibilities.
